Sample Probes are an essential part of any Sample Handling System. Moreover they are located at inaccessible or less frequented areas. Hence we have designed our probes which are rugged and does not call for attention/ maintenance for a very long period.
We can provide the following options in SS316 / PTFE in 2 ANSI # 150
Filter at the Probe Tip - In-situ . This can be used in Safe or Hazardous Area
Filter housed Outside the Probe - Ex Situ
Heated Filter housed Outside the Probe - Ex Situ
Explosion Proof Heated Filter housed Outside the Probe - Ex Situ
Options such as Blowback Manual Valve / Solenoid Valve can be incorporated in our design.
The SS Probe can be used for sample temperature up to 500 0 C.
The PTFE Probe can be used for sample temperature up to 180 0 C.
The sample Out Connection is 1/2 NPTF.
